Generally considered one of the best parkland
courses in Northern Ireland with a good
variety of holes. The course is laid out in two
loops of nine, each starting and finishing at
the club house, each composed of two par 5s,
two par 3s and five par 4s. The signature hole,
the sixth, measures 164 yards with a green guarded by water and surrounded by trees
- it demands a pinpoint tee shot. The club
has hosted professional and amateur events
including the Golfing Union of Ireland All
Ireland Cups and Shields Finals in 2003.
